Yesterday was the worst day ever , ever in my life . I got scolded , injured , all on the same day . Sigh . Broke my teeth while doing assisted pull ups . Fuck man . Ic Justin ordered us to do at least 2 pull ups per person . I cant do it , so i reqested for assisted ones instead . Shit man , it was the biggest mistake i made in my life . Halfway through the 4th assists , i felt a cramp in my arm and slipped all of a sudden and landed on the ground with a sickening thud and my lower jaw hit the concrete ground . Darrell was still holding onto my leg ,leaving no other alternative but to fall forwards . My front tooth broke into half , lower chin grazed and bleeding profusely . An Ic escorted me to the toilet to wash up myself . The rest went to look for my missing tooth . It was as sickening as seeing my front tooth . What a chunk . Sigh . The worst day of my life .
